Creative with Sarah

Use Sarah to brief creative work, manage brand context and assets, and move designs through review safely.

Sarah leads Creative and Brand. Use Sarah to turn a clear brief into creative work, keep approved brand guidance close, and move each result through a visible review process.

Keep brand context current#

Complete Sarah's guided setup, then review the information in Brand Intelligence and Memory. Keep logos, colors, voice, imagery rules, and required disclaimers current. Store stable guidance as memory; include campaign-specific details in the request itself.

Follow a request from brief to approval#

Requests is the intake list for new creative work. Open an item to confirm the brief, priority, owner, and status. Creative Studio is where eligible work can be created or edited. Finished or reusable outputs appear in the Asset Library, while items waiting for judgment move through the Review Board.

The stages describe different things:

  • A request records what needs to be made.
  • Studio work is the active creation process.
  • An asset is a retained creative output.
  • A Review Board item records the decision required before use.

Use Live Ops to watch current department execution and Analytics to review measured creative activity and performance.

Write a strong creative brief#

Include the audience, purpose, message, channel, dimensions or format, deadline, required elements, forbidden changes, and approval destination.

Create a square event graphic for LinkedIn. Use our approved blue and white palette. Keep the date and venue exactly as written. Send the result to review; do not publish it.

Attach only source material needed for the task. Do not upload licensed assets unless your organization has the right to use them.

Review the work, not just the appearance#

Open the asset or Review Board item and check the copy, spelling, factual claims, logo treatment, brand fit, image rights, dimensions, destination, and accessibility. Approve when the exact item is ready, request a revision with specific guidance, or reject it when it should not proceed.

Approval in Winglo does not replace any legal, accessibility, or regulatory review your organization requires.

Manage assets carefully#

Use Asset Library to find and download eligible work. Confirm the format and contents before external use. An asset in the library is not necessarily approved for every channel or campaign.

Deletion can be permanent. Preserve required business records and check whether the asset is referenced by active content before removing it.

Connect services and coordinate with Max#

Sarah's Connectors page shows services available to Creative. Confirm that Sarah has access to the specific connection or MCP tool needed. A handoff from Max supplies a brief; it does not grant connector access or approve publication.

Manage Sarah#

Use Memory for reusable creative knowledge and Settings for the controls available to your workspace. Use Settings → My AI Departments for activation, pausing, naming, custom instructions, and setup reset.

Pausing Sarah stops new work but may not cancel an active generation or workflow. Check Live Ops and Workflows for anything already running.
