Getting Started with Winglo

Set up your workspace, choose an available AI department, and complete your first useful task.

Winglo gives your business AI department leads that can plan work, create drafts, and bring decisions to you. This guide takes you from your first sign-in to your first useful result.

Before you begin#

You need an invitation or approved access to Winglo. Sign-in choices can include a magic link, a password, or Google, based on how your account was set up. If two-step verification is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app after you sign in.

Your plan and workspace decide which departments and features are available. Winglo shows the choices you can use.

Set up your workspace#

On your first visit:

  1. Enter your business name.
  2. Add your website address if you have one. This is optional.
  3. Choose an available AI department to set up first.
  4. Follow that department's guided setup.
  5. Review the information, then finish setup.

Your setup draft is saved as you work. If you leave, return to the same department to continue.

Meet the department leads#

Winglo can include these AI department leads:

  • Max for Marketing
  • Sarah for Creative and Brand
  • Nova for SEO and Search
  • Aria for Operations
  • Remy for Sales

Availability can differ by plan or workspace. Open Settings → My AI Departments to see what is available, activate or pause a department, change its display name, or add custom instructions.

Complete your first task#

Open the department you set up and start a chat. Give a clear goal, useful context, and the result you want.

For example:

Review our current offer and draft three campaign ideas for small accounting firms. Do not publish anything.

Winglo may ask follow-up questions. You can attach a supporting image or document when the chat offers an attachment control. Some actions need your confirmation before they run.

Review work before it moves forward#

Use the Inbox for decisions, approvals, reports, and escalations. Read the full item before you approve it. Add a note when you reject or request a change so the department can learn what to improve.

A draft is not the same as a published result. Check the status shown in the product and confirm the destination before you approve an external action.

Keep your business context current#

Go to Settings → Profile to update your business name, website, audience, offer, location, and other business details. Department memory also stores approved knowledge, learnings, and decisions for that department.

Review important context when your offer, audience, process, or brand changes.

A useful first-day checklist#

  • Complete one department's guided setup.
  • Check Settings → Profile.
  • Connect only the tools you need.
  • Ask for one small, clear deliverable.
  • Review the result in chat, the Inbox, or Reports.
  • Approve external actions only after checking the details.

Next steps#
