Sales with Remy
Use Remy to manage prospects, pipeline stages, outreach approvals, demos, sales intelligence, and learning.
Remy leads Sales. Use Remy to organize prospect work, keep pipeline movement visible, prepare outreach and demos, and turn approved sales learning into reusable guidance.
Set the sales context#
Complete Remy's guided setup with the customers you sell to, qualification rules, offer, regions, exclusions, and sales process shown. Keep approved positioning, objection handling, and process rules current in Playbook and Memory.
Do not store passwords, secret credentials, or unnecessary personal data in either place.
Move from prospect to pipeline#
Prospects is the working list of potential customers. Confirm the source, company, contact details, qualification evidence, and owner before external use. Do not present inferred personal details as facts.
Pipeline organizes active opportunities by stage. A stage should describe the real state of the opportunity, not the next state you hope to reach. Review stale records before forecasting or starting new outreach.
Overview provides a higher-level view of sales work, while Live Ops shows current department execution.
Prepare outreach with a clear boundary#
Use Outreach to review draft messages and sequences. State the audience, purpose, sender, tone, allowed evidence, call to action, and whether the work must remain a draft.
Before approval, check the recipient and company, personalization facts, sender identity, product and pricing claims, links, attachments, suppression state, and your organization's outreach rules.
Read Sales outreach approvals and compliance before enabling delivery.
Review demos and approvals#
Demos helps organize demo-related work. Confirm the participant, date, time zone, owner, and current status before changing or sending anything.
Use Approvals or the main Inbox and approvals to review guarded sales actions. Approve only the exact recipient and message shown. Approval records permission to proceed; it does not guarantee delivery. Check the resulting status and provider response before retrying.
Learn from evidence#
Analytics shows measured sales activity and outcomes. Objection Library keeps recurring objections and approved responses. Playbook holds working sales guidance. Digest summarizes recent developments, and Reports contains completed analysis.
Keep observed outcomes separate from recommendations. Update or remove guidance when the offer, market, or compliance position changes.
Connect sales services#
Integrations shows services Remy can use. A globally connected service may still require department access or individual MCP tool grants. Check Connectors when data is missing or an action cannot reach its destination.
Manage Remy#
Use Settings for the controls available to your workspace and Memory for approved reusable facts. Choose the lowest autonomy that supports your process. Pausing Remy stops new department work but may not stop active workflows or scheduled provider actions, so check those separately.
