Troubleshooting Winglo

Fix common sign-in, setup, department, connector, workflow, approval, and notification problems.

Use the message shown in Winglo first. It often tells you whether the problem is access, a limit, a connection, missing input, or a temporary failure.

I cannot sign in#

  • Confirm that you are using the invited email address.
  • If using a magic link, open the newest link in the same browser.
  • Check spam and company mail filters.
  • If using a password, reset it from the sign-in screen.
  • If two-step verification is enabled, use the current code from your authenticator app and check the device time.
  • Ask an owner or admin to confirm that your membership is active.

Public self-service sign-up may not be available.

Setup will not finish#

Check every required field and correct any highlighted value. Business name is required; the website is optional. Confirm that the department you chose is available to the workspace.

Your setup draft should be saved. Return to that department to continue. If activation is blocked by a plan limit, choose an available department or update the workspace plan.

A department is missing or paused#

Open Settings → My AI Departments. Check whether the department is available and active. A department marked unavailable cannot be activated from the workspace.

If setup was not finished, open the department and resume it. Use reset only after reading what it clears.

A connector will not connect#

Open Connectors and check its state. A tool marked coming soon is not connectable. For an available tool, confirm provider access, account permissions, and the exact credential format.

Reconnect only after reading the error. Rotate any credential that was exposed.

A workflow did not run#

Open Workflows, select the workflow, and check:

  • It is enabled for scheduled runs.
  • The schedule is correct.
  • The department is active.
  • Required connectors are connected.
  • No approval is waiting.
  • Usage or plan limits are not blocking it.

Open the latest run and its failed step. Fix the cause, then run it again.

An approved action did not finish#

Approval records your decision; the external action can still fail. Open the item and read the result. Check its connector and destination. Avoid repeated approvals when the earlier result is unclear.

A report is missing or still generating#

Clear search and filters. Check the correct date, category, and status. If generation is still in progress, wait and refresh later. A failed source connection can prevent a useful report.

Notifications do not appear#

Check Settings → Notifications, the department severity choices, browser permission, and operating-system notification settings. Email can also be held by spam or company filters.

Before contacting support#

Collect:

  • The page and workspace
  • The department or workflow name
  • The time and time zone
  • The visible error message
  • What you expected and what happened

Do not include passwords, API keys, webhook secrets, or private customer data in a screenshot or message.
